We reserve the right at any time to:

You understand and agree that there is no way for Date Link LLC- VaxaDate.com to guarantee that anyone you may meet on this Site has had their COVID-19 shots. We (Date Link LLC,- VaxaDate.com) rely solely upon each person's statement that they have had the stated shots. Our intention in creating this Site is to increase your chances of meeting someone who has had COVID-19 shots. Logically your chances are far greater here than someone you could meet on a regular dating website.



By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, which is the minimum required age to become a Member. However, we cannot guarantee that each Member is at least the required minimum age, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication, or other use or access of the Site by persons under the age of 18 in violation of these Terms.

Either you or Date Link LLC,- VaxaDate.com, may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. All membership fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you that is brought to our attention.
